gardens of delight

She strolled
in the garden
at eventide,
an infinite presence
by her side…

she ambled through thickets
of dancing light,
finding auras
and magical sights…

when remembrance
she knew his name,
the delight
of her heart
was fully proclaimed…

I found a clearing…

“When you are standing in that forest of sorrow, you cannot imagine that you could ever find your way to a better place. But if someone can assure you that they themselves have stood in that same place, and now have moved on, sometimes this will bring hope”
Elizabeth Gilbert, Eat, Pray, Love

I was left behind
in foreboding woods,
enquiring of dreams
in eerie hoods…

Feeling pain deep in my being,
the resonance of the unseen.
In the wilds of heartache, darkness compels
a time of gathering, of secret spells…

Trampled by condescending tongues
the voices turned into a distant hum…

And I found a clearing in the trees
and prayed until my sorrow eased…

the suffering of undaunted souls, on grounds of courage where death arose…

In conscious thought
in memories,
our lives assuaged by the testimonies…

of broken souls
made wise by grief,
sages who speak of mystical beliefs…

Shadow dancers…

shadow dancers 3

Shadow dancers
on the shore,
flowing with Earth’s encore,
gliding over silver sands,
in graceful lands…

nimbly stepping
ocean mists,
keeping watch
while tides shift,
seeing beyond this mortal coil,
beyond chaos,
beyond turmoil!

Peering into mystical realms,
above the breakers,
past the swells.
Where darkness
gives way to light,
and every Earthling

One love, One heart!

“One love
One heart
Let’s get together and feel alright,
(hear the children crying)”
― Bob Marley

one love one heart

I sense the unity
of a universal
moving together
our hearts
will transcend…

in fields of radiance
we are one
and the same,
as we merge
and harmonize,
our holiness
is proclaimed…

if anyone suffers
we hold their space,
as gatherers
of light
it’s how
we interface…

“A daily dose of daydreaming heals the heart,
soothes the soul, and strengthens the imagination.”
― Richelle E. Goodrich, Smile Anyway

punctuation marks
across the skies,
i paused
a moment,
as they inscribed…
far-flung messages,
scrawled notes,
in bold strokes…
wordless scribbles,
and nonsensical signs… catch me daydreaming
when I’m inclined…
