Go down roads less traveled
search out hidden trails,
gather with the wildflowers
assemble with the brave…
rendezvous with dreamers
constantly be amazed,
make vows with Mother Nature
to let beauty hold your gaze…

I’ve been mute at times,
shocked by a loveless and chaotic world.
I search for beauty every day.
It’s always there in landscapes of love.
I’m awakened by a strange longing
to understand what my heart
truly desires.
Not to be left wanting
or satisfied only by the things of this world.
To turn from self-pity
and transcend into
higher vibrations.
But alas, I am human
and the flesh cries out for relief.
I wallow sometimes in my own tears,
sometimes I even drown in them,
because life can be so cruel.
Yet from this pit of sorrow
I can still see the stars…

Let’s not talk today,
rather let’s write memories in the sands,
like pilgrims gathering in promised lands…
Let’s talk not in words but in meaningful sighs,
and drink in the ambiance of luminescent skies…
we could pick up heart-shaped stones
and carry them home
as keepsakes,
messages from afar
particles of love dropped by fallen stars…
we’ll commune on these eternal shores,
where all our hopes and dreams
are gently restored…
Sometimes I go back
to a tributary of dreams,
to colourful skies
when faith intervened,
and all my tears
were as crystalline dew,
and love was
immeasurable,
and grace was in view.
and I walked forever
with only beautiful thoughts,
sheltered by eternity,
with an ever-loving source…
But for now, I reside with the quiet voice within,
surrendered to his presence
closer than my skin…
