Don’t stop believing!

Day 8. Write a poem in the form of a monologue delivered by someone who is dead.

When my son went to live with God at the age of 33 more than 3 years ago, I decided from that very day that I would still talk to him and believe he was around me.
Being separated from him was the hardest thing I have ever had to do, so I contacted an Evidential Medium and she gave me so much evidence that he is all around me and he is happy and loving the life he lives now on the other-side.

In this bright and happy moment
I am with you
I collect your tears
because God instructed me
to see them as crystals prayers.

I treasure every one of them,
I hold them to my heart
they are filled with emotion
a reminder that we can’t part.

I play in wonderlands of the most beautiful flowers
watching you through the veil
I see your super-powers!
I’m so close to you
I know it’s hard to believe.
but I’m part of the ocean
one with the cosmic seas…
I swim with you in eternity
reaching through your dreams
walking saffron beaches
though you can’t see me.

Remember I told you I could be there in a flash
if you need me.

I speak in rainbow colors
send messages with butterflies
some may not understand this,
but I see through their eyes

I come to you at night time
when your mood is dark
I touch you tenderly
hoping to kindle a spark.
I know that you are sad right now and all the world has changed,
but remember I can help you
in ways that are hard to explain.

I came once to tell you that I’m sorry
it was in a lucid dream,
I’m willing to keep on trying to help you still believe.

I dance
I sing
I read aloud your rhymes
I’ve seen you playing hopscotch
I love you all the time…

We are part of each other
members of a soul tribe,
when you whisper my name
it makes me want to smile.
Don’t stop believing
that I hear every word
though I’m busy right-now
I still know your concerns.

I promise I am helping you in the midst of this difficult life,
I promise God is present, working to make things right!

I was surprised
when I left you
on that moonlit night
but the Time Lords embraced me
and helped me go to the light.
They told me it was my appointed time
I’d done my work on earth.
Never fear
you will see me again
for we all return
to the beautiful paradise
I call home.
weep for me if you need to
but remember you’re not alone!

I’m wrapped in loving-kindness and the most tender care,
keep looking for signs of me
for I am everywhere!
