A dry and thirsty Land

“When the well is dry, we know the value of water!”
Benjamin Franklin
drought

Water
is running out.
Remorseful tears can’t quench
a land that is parched and shriveled.
We never imagined in our lifetime
that rainfall would be so precious.
We pray for the heavens
to soak our land
water!
