“Some say that FEAR is merely an acronym for “False Evidence Appearing Real.”― Richard Rohr,
“Do not be afraid” echoed,
in the chambers of my heart.
Disquiet had taken possession
of my doubting mind.
Morning slowly risen,
and reality courted dismay.
The traction of sublime presence
jolted me into consciousness.
Light filled the sanctuary
where my essential nature thrives.
Transformative moments ascended
and quelled my discontent.
Quietness planted knowledge
of an exquisite life eternal.
Perpetuity distilled uneasiness
and sensations of foreboding dissolved.
Universal Love comforts me always,
through storms and in the wasteland.
Praise the panacea of fearfulness
and gratitude transmutes distress into tranquility.
